Custom Design Engraved Wood Phone Case

How does the custom case order process work?

After you place your order, we will contact you for specific details. We will need your design to be a Vector file in AI, PNG, EPS, PDF format.  If you do not have a Vector file format, we may be able to convert from another format. 

Note: If only seeking custom engraved text (quotes, words, names), then we do not need a Vector design file.

For custom design logos, artwork, organization names, etc., we require a demonstration that you possess the right to use.  We reserve the right to refuse any custom order for any reason.

Custom design products generally ship 2 - 3 business days after order placement and final design approval.

Please note, custom cases are not returnable.  Custom cases do no qualify for discount codes or sales.
