Returns and Exchanges For Custom Logo and Design Products
Custom logo and design products are not returnable unless they are defective. A defective custom product only qualifies for exchange. If you need to exchange a defective product, please see the Warranty page for direction.
Returns and Exchanges For Our Stock Design Products
GR8CASE accepts returns for refund for our stock design products under the below conditions and only for a period thirty (30) days from the date of delivery carrier's confirmation of product delivery.
To be eligible for a return and refund for our stock design products, your item must be in unused condition. It must also be in the original packaging.
To begin the return process for our stock design products, please fill out and submit the email form below or, if unable to submit the form below, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The email you send needs to be sent within the thirty (30) day return period and must ask for a return authorization number. GR8CASE does not refund any shipping costs paid for the original receipt of a product or a subsequent return of a product. Shipping charges are non refundable.
NOTE: A product returned prior to receiving an email from GR8CASE providing a return authorization number will not receive a return credit nor will the product be shipped back to the customer. If a product is received by GR8CASE in used condition or not in original packaging, it will not receive a refund and will not be shipped back to customer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned stock design product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of a refund based on the parameters outlined above. If a return is approved for a stock design product, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing Refunds (if applicable)
It may take some time for a refund to be officially posted to your credit card or bank account. If you haven’t received a refund after ten (10) business days of being notified of approval from GR8CASE, please first check your bank account or credit card company again as it may take some time before a refund is officially posted by your banking institution There is often some processing time before a refund is posted by a banking institution. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received a refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
